Galvanized Steel Paint Metakote Primer EDP - 551

1. Product Information:

METAKOTE PRIMER EDP - 551 is a solidified polyamide epoxy primer containing zinc phosphate that resists corrosion.
EDP-551 has high mechanical strength, construction corrosion resistance, and outdoor protection.
Products used for structures, tools made from steel, metal, galvanized, as well as indoor equipment which only need to be painted with a protective layer of paint.

Advantages:

Can be used for mechanical machinery, resistant to mechanical impacts.
Provides effective anti-rust and anti-corrosion protection.
Excellent adaptability in harsh environments such as marine and industrial zones.
Excellent hardness and adhesion.

Technical information:

Type: Epoxy.
Theoretical coverage: 10.3 m²/kg.
Tools: Brush, spray gun.
Diluting solvent: Epoxy gasoline.

Drying time:

Dry time for the surface: 30 minutes.
Time for complete drying: 4 hours.

2. Application instructions:

Remove dirt and rust spots from the surface with a wire brush or sandpaper.
Stir well and add gasoline according to the ratio:

10-15% if using a roller or brush.
25-30% if using a spray gun.

Apply the mixture to the surface that needs to be painted (the thickness of the paint layer after drying should be 40-60 microns). Allow it to dry.
After drying, apply 1-2 additional layers to finish the painting process.
