SA DO - Specializing in Rubber Thread Production

SA DO is a unit specializing in the production of rubber threads made from natural rubber. Our main structure is made of latex rubber, utilizing modern technology from Process Engineering Company (Italy), the world's leading unit in providing machinery and equipment for rubber thread production.

Application

In the textile industry, our rubber threads are used in the production of various products such as flat elastic, threaded elastic, round elastic, thread covering for the garment industry, weaving sofa belts in furniture products, sports bands, elastic braids, diapers, and many other applications.

Certification

Our rubber threads are certified with OEKO-TEX 100, ensuring their quality and safety.

Production Capacity

Our productivity reaches 350kg/hour/line, with a capacity equivalent to 5,000 tons of products per year (calculated by count 38). This requires an annual consumption of about 7,000 tons of latex from the Vietnamese rubber industry.

Main Markets

We cater to both domestic and international markets, exporting to Asia, Europe, and America. We have long-term foreign partners, such as Equipment & Products Company - International Trading & Consulting S.L.R of Italy, and we also export fishing line to the Russian market.
