Vertically Integrated Production Process

CHALACO had invested in a vertically integrated production process for exceptional quality of products:

  • Weaving Factory: Capable of producing knitted fabrics such as fleece, microfiber, single jersey, interlock, and more.
  • Dyeing Factory: Full capabilities of satisfying all color requirements.
  • Producing Factory: Capable of delivering capacity of 200,000 t-shirts, 100,000 polo shirts, 30,000 fashion dresses, as well as large quantities for other knitted styles.
