KIOS Substation Enclosure

KIOS substation enclosure is used in outdoor areas, including industrial areas and apartment areas. BBE, one of the most reputable manufacturers, is committed to providing KIOS substation enclosures of the highest quality.

Specifications:

The substation shell is made of corrugated iron and powder coated on both sides. It is insulated and can be naturally ventilated or forced. The station cover includes:

Frame: 3mm thick corrugated iron on CNC machine to ensure reasonableness and rigidity.
Roof: 2 layers from 2mm thick corrugated iron with stiffening ribs, with an insulation layer to ensure good operation of the station when the ambient temperature is above 45ºC.
Door: 2 layers from 2mm thick corrugated iron with a strong hinge system to ensure firmness and safety.
Base: I-shaped stainless steel to ensure rigidity and stability when moving.
All compartments: Designed with nets to prevent insect intrusion causing short circuit problems.
Level of protection: Medium voltage and low voltage IP32.
IP21 Transformer compartment.
