Rental price and payment method

Land rental price: Contact
Payment method: Payment in 6 phases as follows:

Phase 1: 10% when signing the Land Retention Agreement
Phase 2: 25% after signing the Land Lease Contract (01 month after phase 1)
Phase 3: 20% 1 month after signing the land contract
Phase 4: 20% 2 months after signing the land contract
Phase 5: 20% 4 months after signing the land contract
Phase 6: 5% after notification of receipt of Certificate of Land Use Rights (LUR)

Infrastructure maintenance fee: 900 VND/m2/month (~0.039USD/m2/month). Calculated on the entire leased land area and paid quarterly on the 25th day of the last month of the quarter.
Lease term: until September 10, 2058.

Infrastructure

Infrastructure: road systems, electricity supply, water supply, and communications are built/installed to the boundary of each land plot.
Power supply system:

Supplied from the national grid through Thu Thua power station (110kV/22 kV-2x25MVA)
Electricity price: according to the price announced by the Vietnam Electricity Group (EVN)
Customers will sign an electricity purchase contract directly with EVN. For customers renting factories, customers will sign a contract with HBI and the unit price will be surcharged 10% on the unit price announced by EVN.
