THERMO (BAKELITE) INJECTION MOLDING MACHINE

Features

Unlike the conventional machine, this thermoset injection molding machine is configured with a proportional pump, which can deliver a fast response. In this way, hydraulic power can be put out according to practical needs, avoiding high-pressure overflow and saving 25-50% power.
Bakelite is configured with a specially-designed screw and barrel, which are made from high-strength bi-metallic steel and have undergone special treatment, making it resistant to corrosion and abrasion.
The oil cooling device of this thermoset injection molding machine is also equipped with the screw and barrel to ensure precise temperature control.
Its injector motor is upgraded to generate higher injection pressure for better plasticization.
Specially-designed heat resolution plates are adopted in the mold platens.
Two sets of interface ports for mold temperature control are computer-manipulated.
With an electric sensor, precision can reach up to 0.1 mm.
Automatic mold adjustment of the thermoset injection molding machine is controlled by a computer.
