PREMIUM OOLONG TEA

1. Product introduction:

Oolong tea originated from China a thousand years ago. It is highly regarded by tea drinkers and is particularly favored in the regions of Fujian, Guangdong, and Taiwan.

Oolong tea is the result of the harmonious combination of four natural elements: soil, water, wind, and air, along with the skilled hands of tea makers. The process of creating Oolong tea adheres to the golden principle of being careful, accurate, and conscientious.

To produce Oolong tea, the highest quality green tea buds are carefully selected. The buds are hand-picked, ensuring that each branch has one bud and two young leaves.

2. Making process of Oolong tea:

After picking, the exquisite tea leaves enter a unique stage of half fermentation, which gives Oolong tea its distinctive character. The leaves are sun-dried to wilt, gently shaken, and then exposed to shade until they turn light yellow. This slow biochemical reaction enhances enzyme activity.

Next, the Oolong tea leaves are lightly dried and shaped to preserve the cell structure. This natural fermentation process allows every cell in the tea leaves to absorb the essence of heaven and earth, resulting in a long-lasting mild scent and a strong, deep flavor.

Thanks to this natural processing, Oolong tea retains approximately 400 active ingredients, including protein, essential oils, glucoside, enzymes, and tannins.

The active ingredient EGCG in Oolong tea is particularly noteworthy, as it is 100 times more potent as an antioxidant than vitamin C. It has been found to have beneficial effects in treating various types of cancer, such as breast, bladder, lung, liver, esophagus, and pancreas.

The OTPP active ingredient in Oolong tea helps the body limit the absorption of fat when consuming oily foods, making it unexpectedly effective for weight loss.
