Product Introduction:

Carton box (also known as carton box - carton packaging) is a product made from 100% natural paper, which can be imported or domestically produced. The paper is molded and glued with a specialized adhesive to create boxes or crates used for transporting goods.

Types of Carton Box - Carton Packaging

3-layer Carton:

Designed for relatively light-weight goods. It consists of 2 layers of flat outer paper and a layer of corrugated paper in the middle.
5-layer Carton:

Made up of 2 outer layers and 3 inner layers: 2 corrugated layers and one flat layer. 5-layer carton is used for packing heavy-weight goods, furniture, machinery, etc.
7-layer Carton:

Composed of 2 outer layers and 5 corrugated layers. 7-layer carton boxes are mainly used for exporting industries such as ceramics, porcelain, wood, electronics, machinery, etc.

Carton Manufacturing Process - Carton Packaging

Step 1:

The paper material is fed into a corrugated machine to create corrugated paper.
Step 2:

The semi-finished product is passed through a printer (Flexo) to produce Flexo printed sheet paper (Semi-finished product 2).
Step 3:

Semi-finished product 2 goes through a stamping and slot cutting machine to form each finished carton board.
Step 4:

To complete the top covers, a stapler and carton sealer are used to produce customized carton boxes.
Step 5:

The finished products are checked for quality before being delivered to consumers.
