10-LAYER CARTON PALLET

Product introduction:

A pallet is a flat structure used for loading, storing, or lifting goods with forklifts. Unlike other types of pallets, 10-layer carton pallets are made primarily of paper with a honeycomb-like structure, but they have a very high bearing capacity. The key features of this 10-layer carton pallet are its light weight, no need for disinfectant spraying like wooden pallets, and its eco-friendly nature. It has excellent bearing capacity and can withstand high pressure.

Bearing strength per kg of pallet products:

Pallet surface thickness 30 mm: Can bear 1,500 - 2,500 kg
Pallet surface thickness 20 mm: Can bear 500 - 1,500 kg
Surface of 10-layer carton pallet: Can bear about 500 kg
5-layer carton pallet: Can bear about 300 kg
15-layer carton pallet: Can bear about 750 kg

Pallets can be customized to withstand higher loads based on customer requirements.
